With a career spanning nearly three decades, Ben embarked on his professional journey at the age of 17 with Aus Pits. He has held various roles including Project Coordinator, Technical Advisor, Northern States Sales Manager and Business Development Manager. These diverse positions have provided him with a profound understanding of the industry and clients’ requirements.

Throughout his career, he has overseen the successful award and execution of numerous nationally significant projects. Currently focusing on major capital works projects across the country, he’s continue to play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Having witnessed substantial changes within the industry over time, he has become a trusted advisor to stakeholders both within and outside the organisation.

His passion lies in working closely with clients to foster strong relationships built on trust and collaboration. Outside of work, his favourite past time is seeing live music.
