A career starting as an Army Officer, Kevin has operated in 4 countries, predominantly Asian. The vast majority of his career has been in heavy industry, with the last 20 years in cement and concrete related products which has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the industry customers and operations. Through additional study, including his MBA, and practical application, he has developed a strong commercial approach within operational settings, and has managed large scale transformations within both multinational companies and publicly listed start-ups. He has a strong desire to work as part of a growing business within Australia whilst still being part of a CRH.

Fleur is a highly qualified and experienced Finance Director, with a Bachelor of Business in Economics, an MBA from Deakin University, and a CPA qualification. In addition, she has completed the Institute of Company Directors course. Fleur has a wealth of relevant experience in finance and leadership, particularly in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. She has worked for large NYSE listed multinationals such as IBM and Alcoa and smaller FTSE listed companies like Chemring Plc. Throughout her career, Fleur has demonstrated a passion for business improvement and control, leading major projects such as digital transformations, ERP implementation, efficiency and profitability improvement programs, and even the closure of an aluminium smelter. Her extensive expertise in these areas makes her a true asset to the IPA team.

A Civil Engineer by degree and with a background in civil construction and project delivery, Mitch Hall has been in the heavy industry for over 18 years. In addition, Mitch has 15 years of experience in pre-cast concrete manufacturing. In 2007, he started working with Aus Pits in Queensland and later relocated to Victoria with his family to continue his career with IPA. Mitch finds the most enjoyment at work when overcoming challenges and leading teams through change.

Having 25+ years in the manufacturing industry, Chris draws on his knowledge and experience to focus on improving productivity and product development across globally-focused companies in Telecommunications, Electrical and Construction Sectors

Chris lives by the philosophy of fundamentally improving the infrastructure developed and delivered for the next generations. He is driving innovation and thought-leadership amongst the business and his team.

With both Trade and Tertiary Engineering qualifications and post-graduate in Project Management, Chris brings a unique perspective to the Organisation’s Engineering discipline and management systems. Year on year, Chris successfully commercialises new products representing 20% of the business’s revenue.

This year Chris will focus on market demand and improving product installation safety as we bring exciting new products to customers.

As customers continually change how they want to interact with IPA, Amanda has expanded her skills to deliver platforms that add value to both the company and their customers.

Her strong desire to change the way we provide seamless journeys for customers’ needs is helping grow the business to become the #1 trusted infrastructure products supplier in Australia and globally.

After completing a trade in air conditioning & refrigeration, Grant moved to WA to expand his knowledge across various industries.

He returned to Victoria to work as a labourer with VicPits, before quickly becoming a PC.

Since then, Grant has worked as AusPits’ National PC Manager, Client Account Manager (now known as BDM), and now most recently as Senior BDM for Victoria.

After spending time on the production floor within BVCI, Dane moved into production supervisor role and then accepted a role within the Commercial side. Starting in Customer Service, dispatch & project co-ordination, later roles included production planning and sales office management broadening his skillset.

Within Tri Underground Dane has facilitated both Operations Manager role, then shifting into Sales/Commercial Management. During this time Tri Underground has sustained continual growth approximately 40% within the last 3 years alone, whilst continuing for uphold the core values and customer service expertise that Tri Underground is industry renowned for.

Tim has over 24-year journey across the manufacturing and wholesale sectors of Infrastructure Products. His career commenced with hands-on experience in the mixing and extrusion of plastic conduit during the era of cable TV, showcasing his early immersion in the industry.

Tim’s innate talent for sales quickly propelled him through the ranks, transitioning from an Internal Sales Person to the esteemed role of Business Development Manager for Burdens & Cubis Industries in the United Kingdom. In this capacity, he demonstrated his strategic acumen and contributed significantly to the growth and development of these reputable organizations.

In 2010, Tim made a pivotal move to Western Australia, marking the beginning of a new chapter. Here, he played a key role in the successful launch of the Cubis Products, which have since become synonymous with quality in the Civil, Telecommunications, and Electrical sectors. His dedication and vision contributed to establishing Cubis as a household name in the region.

In 2014, Tim further solidified his presence in the industry by taking on the role of Sales Director/Owner at Burdens Australia. Leveraging his technical sales expertise and a focus on new product development, he successfully expanded the business across state borders, showcasing his ability to drive growth and innovation. Tim’s professional journey reflects a relentless pursuit of excellence, from his early days in hands-on roles to his strategic leadership positions.

Commencing her HR career with us three years ago, Gabrielle has supported the business through several large-scale operational changes.

After completing her commerce studies, Gabrielle secured a position with AusPits. She quickly displayed a keen interest in professional development and career progression. This, combined with her natural passion for people, made it clear that HR was the obvious career path for her.

Under the wing of the HR Director, Gabrielle is currently undertaking her Caliper Certification and plans to further her studies in Human Resources Management next year. As a proud team member of IPA, Gabrielle is looking forward to a long and fulfilling career in the thriving Australian infrastructure market.

Amanda started her career as a Veterinary Nurse until starting her own event company, where she developed a passion for problem solving and communicating with clients. In mid 2008 she joined an electrical/telecommunication company specialising in civil industry solutions. This is where she acquired a technical and practical understanding of client’s expectations, and the challenges of the civil industry as a whole.

In 2014, she joined the team at AusPits to gain further knowledge of the NSW civil stormwater market. Here, she achieved great results delivering optimum outcomes in both sub-divisional and road infrastructure projects.

Amanda prides herself being a trusted supplier and building great business relationships.

Trevor approaches clients with complete honesty and a genuine understanding of their wants and needs – it’s no wonder his clients continuously turn to him for product solutions and customer service through the whole process.

Trevor knows that the Project lifecycle doesn’t start with a quote and finish with a signature. Working with significant teams across Queensland and Northern Territory, ensuring that he provides the right product solutions, planning and service to get the job done. His key focus has been to educate and elevate the STAKKAbox™ product in Telecommunications, Power/Energy, Rail, Ports, Defense/Security. A lightweight and flexible product that allows for quick and easy installation, all elements that he knows impact every project Australia-wide.

Located in our Heathwood, Queensland office, Andre previously worked as our BOM Engineer. He particularly enjoys implementing new systems, so it’s no surprise that Andre regards his involvement in the Epicor implementation as a significant highlight of his career with IPA (so far!).

Andre and his team will continue to introduce simpler, innovative processes that will enable the broader IPA team to streamline their day-to-day activities.
